Every asana is supported in this class. Bolsters, blankets, walls, and blocks are put to maximum use. Through mindful stillness, our bodies do what comes naturally- rest, digest, and heal. Come enjoy an hour of the most gentle stretch, hands-on assists, and yoga nidra.
