Slow Flow 
w/ Christina Pascua

Monday 5:30 pm & Friday 8:30 am

Hatha Yoga. This class get you up and down the mat. Used of breathe to flow into sequences. Arc built class; warm up to hit peak pose with strength and confidence. Moving with awareness, strengthen deep stabilizer muscles, define standing asanas. 

Yin
w/ Christina Pascua 

Sunday 4 pm

Long-held, passive stretches of Yin Yoga with the vibrational healing of an integrated sound bath. This class is designed to quiet the mind, open the body, and restore your nervous system. 

Sculpt Fusion
w/ Christina Pascua

Wednesday 4 pm 

​

Build heat, tap into core & build muscle endurance. This class is designed to strengthen core and tone muscles. Use of weights, ban and blocks in this class.  

Therapeutic Yoga 
w/ Christina Pascua

​Tuesday & Friday 10 am

​

Low-impact class. Explore the practice with a mix of supine & seated asanas. Core strengthening exercises,  and targeted exercises to increase mobility and range of motion.  Use of many props & beneficial for all. 

Deep Stretch
w/ Christina Pascua

Wednesday 5:30 pm

 

Use of many props, each asanas is hold for a longer period of time. Rebalancing. Passive poses to release tension held in the body. Slow paced, class reminds low on mat. 

Power Flow 
W/ Courtney Collins

Saturday 10 am

This energizing class fuses the mindful flow of Yoga with strength training, using light weights and body resistance to activate and tone both surface and deep muscle groups. Expect dynamic sequences, core-focused movements, and burst of cardio leaving you feeling powerful, balanced and recharged.

Christina Pascua  

 

​​​​Christina opened Hanapepe Body Atelier in January 2024. Atelier, French rooted for studio. Originally from Quebec, Christina moved to the West Coast of Canada back in her early 20s where she found the love of yoga. Christina graduated her first 200 hours yoga training in Nelson, BC back in 2015. She pursued advanced training over the years to deepen her practice and refine teachings. Her alignment-based training has innovated her way to move on and off the mat. She believes that one can seek balance and ease in their body with a sustainable practice. Christina recently graduated from massage therapy and now offer massage therapy session. Entrepreneur driven, Christina did marketing & business studies back in Canada.  Beside teaching yoga, doing massage and being a mom, Christina loves to spend time in the outdoors.

Appelusa McGlynn 

Appelusa is a former Bronze Medal World Champion artistic roller skater, skating coach, health coach, sound therapist, energy worker, and somatic breathwork facilitator. She earned a BAAS from Maharishi University studying higher states of consciousness, Maharishi Yoga, and Ayurveda. As a certified BreathFit facilitator, she teaches the benefits of coherent breathing and intermittent hypoxia training. Appelusa is a certified health detective through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, helping people with chronic health complaints feel better through comprehensive investigation and personalized coaching. Courtney Collins

Courtney recently moved out to Kauai from Southern California and have such a passion for teaching yoga. The last four years she has been teaching Yoga Sculpt at Corepower Yoga in Santa Barbara, and she is excited to continue teaching here in Kauai. When she is not doing yoga, find her surfing, camping, skiing/snowboarding, really anything to do to get outdoors!
